Regenerative matrix converter — no harmonics, no extra panel.
U1000 is Yaskawa's low-harmonics regenerative matrix converter (CIMR-UC). Highly efficient AC-to-AC direct conversion, a built-in power regeneration function and matrix topology keep THDi within IEEE 519 limits with a fraction of the footprint and weight of a 12-pulse system — with no harmonic filter or braking unit in the panel.
