Over the past year, along with the vibrant development of the economy, Yaskawa Electric Vietnam has made many strategic changes. At the end of 2018, Yaskawa opened a representative office in Bac Ninh city to meet the demand of the Northern market as well as increase the quality of customer service in nearby industrial parks. By June 2019, Yaskawa continued to expand its head office in Ho Chi Minh City with the size doubling the old one.
The most remarkable thing in this expansion is that Yaskawa has built a Showroom display Yaskawa product and system demos, which are:
Palletizing Robot Demo System
This demo set simulates the process of loading and unloading goods such as cartons from production lines onto pallets, demonstrating a total solution of Yaskawa. There is GP25 robot and product picking system using servo. From now on, it is our pleasure to have more opportunity to welcome everyone who have the interest into Yaskawa products to visit and observe the system's operating procedures. Besides, the trainees will have a chance to practically manipulate when having a training.
Demo set i3-mechatronic:
In addition, Yaskawa also built a training room with a capacity of more than 20 people to meet the training needs of automation businesses. This will be also the place for the distributor meeting every quarter.
After-sales Service Department is also equipped with a more professional and spacious working area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
The working area is designed follow open space type, creating a dynamic working environment and increasing teamwork ability for the staff as well as welcoming new members to join the Yaskawa family.
